EPA and USDA Announce Availability of Risk Management Decision Documents for Organophosphate Pesticides

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) have made available risk management decision documents for chlorpyrifos-methyl and ethion, two organophosphate pesticides, as part of the public participation process for reassessing pesticide tolerances under the Food Quality Protection Act (FQPA) and reregistering individual organophosphate pesticides under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
