EPA Proposes Administrative Settlement with Standard Steel, a Division of Freedom Forge Corporation, Over Clean Water Act Violations

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has entered into a consent agreement with Standard Steel, a Division of Freedom Forge Corporation, to resolve Clean Water Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and Clean Air Act violations, including failure to prepare a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure plan and maintain certification forms for oil storage facilities.
