EPA Releases Nutrient Criteria Technical Guidance Manual for Estuaries and Coastal Marine Waters

The Environmental Protection Agency has made available a technical guidance manual to help states and tribes develop numeric nutrient criteria for estuaries and coastal marine waters, providing scientific recommendations for defensible approaches to this process.
