Final Environmental Assessment for Proposed Project Now Available for Public Review

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has made the final environmental assessment for the proposed project available for public review. The assessment was conducted by E.R. Jacobson, and the public has 30 days to review and comment on the document.
