National Estuarine Research Reserve System to Construct Sediment Retention System in Goat Canyon Creek and Watershed at Tijuana National Estuarine Research Reserve

The National Ocean Service, in partnership with California State Parks, has completed a joint Draft Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report for a proposed sediment retention system in Goat Canyon Creek and its watershed, aiming to enhance the natural habitat and mitigate environmental impacts.
