Navy to Grant Partially Exclusive License for Bola Launcher Technology

The US Department of the Navy has announced its intention to grant ALS Technologies, Inc. a non-transferable license to use its government-owned invention, the Bola Launcher, for less-than-lethal weaponry in the US, with specific exclusivity for human and animal applications.
