Department of the Navy to Grant Nonexclusive Patent License to Shock Tube Systems, Inc.

The Department of the Navy is issuing a notice of intent to grant Shock Tube Systems, Inc. a nonexclusive patent license for the use of its Government-owned invention, U.S. Patent Application Serial Number 09/678,302, in various fields such as demolition, commercial blasting, and display fireworks in the United States.
