US Department of Commerce Rescinds Administrative Review of Antidumping Duty on Taiwanese Polyester Staple Fiber

The US Department of Commerce has cancelled an administrative review of antidumping duties on Taiwanese polyester staple fiber after Far Eastern Textile, Ltd. and Arteva Specialities S.a.r.l. d/b/a/ KoSa and Wellman Inc. withdrew their requests for review, which were initiated in June 2001.
