EPA Proposes Settlement Agreement to Address Lawsuit Over Ozone Nonattainment Plan

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced a proposed settlement agreement with four environmental groups to address a lawsuit filed over the agency's approval of a revised ozone nonattainment plan for the Baton Rouge area, as required by the Clean Air Act.
