EPA Proposes Settlement with WorldCom to Resolve Clean Water Act Violations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a proposed consent agreement with WorldCom, Inc. to resolve Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, and Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act violations, including failure to prepare Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure plans for diesel oil storage facilities.
