U.S. Federal Aviation Administration Issues Airworthiness Directive for Bell Helicopter Textron Canada Model Helicopters

The Federal Aviation Administration has published an airworthiness directive requiring the removal and replacement of certain main rotor pendulum weight supports on Bell Helicopter Textron Canada Model 222, 222B, 222U, and 230 helicopters to address a safety concern related to weight shedding and increased main rotor vibration.
