U.S. Department of Commerce Finds No Dumping of Heavy Walled Rectangular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes from the Republic of Korea

The U.S. Department of Commerce has concluded that heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Korea were sold at fair market value during the review period, from September 1, 2022, to August 31, 2023, and therefore no antidumping duty will be imposed
