EPA Announces Availability of TMDLs and Determinations for Louisiana Waters

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made available for public comment the administrative record files for 45 Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) and determinations that these TMDLs are not needed for six waterbody/pollutant combinations in Louisiana, as required by a 1999 court order in response to a lawsuit filed by the Sierra Club and others.
