The Woodlands Operating Company, L.P. has submitted an application to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for a 30-year permit to allow for the incidental take of bald eagles during the development of the East Lake Area in The Woodlands, Montgomery County, Texas, in accordance with the Endangered Species Act.
