EPA Makes Draft Guidance on Combined Heat and Power Facilities Available for Public Review and Comment

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released a preliminary draft of its guidance on Source Determinations for Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Facilities under the Clean Air Act New Source Review and Title V Programs, inviting public comments on the document.
