EPA Lodges Partial Consent Decree for Environmental Cleanup

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged a partial consent decree under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) for environmental cleanup at a specific site, as required by 42 U.S.C. 9601 et seq.
