EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Air Quality Plan for Latrobe Steel Company

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a revision to Pennsylvania's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to establish and enforce Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) standards for the Latrobe Steel Company, a significant source of nitrogen oxides in the Pittsburgh area, in compliance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
