EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Air Quality Plan for Pittsburgh Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is removing the limited status of its approval of Pennsylvania's air quality implementation plan, requiring major sources of volatile organic compounds and nitrogen oxides to implement reasonably available control technology in the Pittsburgh area.
