Basin Electric Power Cooperative Receives Finding of No Significant Impact for Wind Energy Project

The Rural Utilities Service has determined that a proposed wind energy project by Basin Electric Power Cooperative and East River Electric Power Cooperative will not have significant environmental impacts, allowing the project to proceed without a full environmental impact statement.
