EPA Extends Comment Period for Proposed Rules Due to 9/11 Disruption

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is reopening the comment period for several proposed rules, including New York and New Jersey ozone and carbon monoxide plans, due to the temporary closure of its Region 2 office in New York City following the 9/11 attacks in 2001.
