EPA Approves Vermont's Negative Declaration on Small Municipal Waste Combustors
The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve Vermont's negative declaration, submitted by the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources (ANR) on June 5, 2001, which certifies the absence of small municipal waste combustors within the state's boundaries.
