US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines No Subsidies for IQF Red Raspberries from Chile

The US Department of Commerce has found that Chilean producers and exporters of individually quick frozen red raspberries are not receiving countervailable subsidies, paving the way for a final determination on antidumping duties.
