EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Air Quality Plan for Pittsburgh Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized revisions to Pennsylvania's State Implementation Plan, requiring control technology for nine major sources of volatile organic compounds in the Pittsburgh-Beaver Valley ozone nonattainment area, in compliance with the Clean Air Act.
