EPA Approves Maricopa County, Arizona, CO Attainment Plan for Transportation Conformity

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has deemed the revised Maricopa County Carbon Monoxide (CO) Attainment Plan sufficient for transportation conformity purposes, requiring the Maricopa Association of Governments and the Federal Highway Administration to utilize the CO motor vehicle emissions budget from the submitted plan in future determinations.
