NRCS to Issue Revised Conservation Practice Standards in National Handbook

The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is proposing changes to its National Handbook of Conservation Practices, which will include new or revised standards for conservation practices such as dam construction, hedgerow planting, and wastewater treatment, and will be adopted by some states for use in resource management systems.
