EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Air Quality Plan with RACT Requirements for Pittsburgh Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized revisions to Pennsylvania's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to establish and require control technology for three major sources of volatile organic compounds (VOC) in the Pittsburgh-Beaver Valley ozone nonattainment area, in compliance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
