FERC Proposes Rule to Enhance Flexibility in Interstate Natural Gas Pipeline Capacity Release

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is proposing a new rule to allow interstate natural gas pipelines to permit releasing shippers to recall released capacity and renominate it at any scheduling opportunity, providing releasing shippers with increased flexibility in structuring capacity release transactions.
