EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Air Quality Plan for Pittsburgh-Beaver Valley Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) to establish Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) requirements for two major nitrogen oxide (NOx) sources in the Pittsburgh-Beaver Valley area, in compliance with the Clean Air Act.
