EPA Comments on Environmental Impact Statements and Regulations

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has expressed concerns about air emissions from a mining operation and the lack of site-specific data, while supporting the Bureau of Land Management's (BLM) decision to group future coal leases in the Powder River Basin into one Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).
