Americanos U.S.A., L.L.C. and Americanos Acquisition Co., L.L.C. are seeking approval from the Board to acquire the operating authority and certain properties of Autobuses Adame, Inc., a motor passenger carrier, through their control of Americanos and Acquisition, which also includes Greyhound Lines, Inc. and Laidlaw, Inc.
