Proposed Amendment to Restricted Area R-5201 at Fort Drum, NY

The US military proposes to permanently designate the 23,000-foot ceiling for Restricted Area R-5201 at Fort Drum, NY, due to increased training requirements, replacing the seasonal variation that currently limits the upper altitude to 23,000 feet MSL from April to September and 20,000 feet MSL from October to March.
