EPA Exempts Pseudomonas Chlororaphis Strain 63-28 from Tolerance Requirement

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has established an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of Pseudomonas chlororaphis Strain 63-28 in food commodities, following a petition from Agrium US, Inc. under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) and the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
