U.S. Announces Preliminary Countervailing Duty on PET Film from India

The U.S. Trade Representative's office has issued a preliminary countervailing duty determination on imports of polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from India, and aligned it with a final antidumping duty determination.
