EPA Approves Revisions to Kentucky State Implementation Plan for Air Quality

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the Jefferson County portion of the Kentucky State Implementation Plan (SIP) for air quality, which were submitted by the Commonwealth of Kentucky through the Kentucky Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Cabinet (KNREPC). The revisions include miscellaneous rule changes and updates to the format of materials submitted by the state, which will be available for public inspection at the Office of the Federal Register (OFR) and other locations.
