EPA Proposes Revised Definitions for Lead-Based Paint Waste Disposal

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to revise definitions for lead-based paint waste disposal, allowing residential lead-based paint waste to be disposed of in construction and demolition landfills, while maintaining the ability of municipal solid waste landfills to receive this waste.
