Navy Amends Certifications and Exemptions Under International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972

The US Navy is updating its certifications and exemptions under the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972, to inform mariners of a naval ship's special construction and purpose, which may interfere with its ability to comply with certain provisions of the regulations.
