USDA Declines to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Neshaminy Creek Watershed

The Natural Resources Conservation Service, a division of the US Department of Agriculture, has announced that it will not prepare an environmental impact statement for the Neshaminy Creek Watershed in Bucks and Montgomery Counties, Pennsylvania, citing exemptions under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
