EPA Proposes to Codify Indiana's Hazardous Waste Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to incorporate by reference Indiana's authorized hazardous waste program into the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), with the program becoming effective immediately if no adverse comments are received.
