Single Family Mortgage Insurance; Section 203(k) Consultant Placement and Removal Procedures

The proposed rule would establish procedures for selecting and removing qualified consultants from HUD's list under the Section 203(k) Rehabilitation Loan Insurance program, aimed at protecting 203(k) borrowers and lenders.
