Acambis, Inc. to Receive Exclusive Patent License for Campylobacter Vaccine

The US Department of the Navy has announced its intention to grant Acambis, Inc. a non-transferable, exclusive license to manufacture vaccines against Campylobacter-induced diarrhea, following the submission of a patent application filed in 1998.
