FHWA to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for I-64 Improvements in St. Louis County and City

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is issuing a notice to inform the public that an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will be prepared for proposed upgrades to Interstate 64 in St. Louis County and the City of St. Louis, Missouri, as part of a larger infrastructure development project.
