Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request for Public Comment and Recommendations

The Department of Labor is seeking public input on proposed information collection requirements for Refuse Piles and Impounding Structures, Recordkeeping and Reporting Requirements, as part of its effort to reduce paperwork burden under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
