SEC Approves Proposed Rule Change by International Securities Exchange LLC for Complex Orders

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has granted approval for the International Securities Exchange LLC's (ISE) proposed rule change and accelerated approval of Amendment No. 4, which relates to priority principles for complex orders.
