National Defense Stockpile Market Impact Committee Seeks Public Comments on Proposed Disposal of Excess Materials

The National Defense Stockpile Market Impact Committee, co-chaired by the Departments of Commerce and State, is soliciting public input on the potential market effects of disposing of surplus materials from the National Defense Stockpile, as outlined in Attachment 1 to this notice, in accordance with the Fiscal Year 1993 National Defense Authorization Act.
