EPA Proposes Full Approval of New Jersey's Operating Permit Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking proposed action to fully approve New Jersey's operating permit program, which was initially submitted in response to the 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments. The program was revised and resubmitted in 2001, and the EPA is now approving those revisions, as well as changes to the program's rules related to nitrogen oxide regulations and fuel cell systems.
