NASA Grant and Cooperative Agreement Handbook-Miscellaneous Changes

This is a final rule amending the NASA Grant and Cooperative Agreement Handbook to make administrative and editorial changes; clarify internal documentation requirements; delete the requirement for quarterly forecasts of recipient cash requirements; and clarify the submission requirements for NASA Form 1206, "Assurance of Compliance with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Regulations Pursuant to Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs".
