Six County Association of Governments Exempt from Railroad Construction and Operation Approval Requirements

The Federal Railroad Administration has granted the Six County Association of Governments a conditional exemption from prior approval requirements for the construction and operation of a 43-mile railroad line between Salina, UT, and a Union Pacific Railroad connection near Levan, UT, under the Federal Railroad Safety Act of 1970 (49 U.S.C. 10502).
