MMS Releases Draft Environmental Impact Statement for 2002-2007 OCS Oil and Gas Leasing Program

The Minerals Management Service (MMS) has made available a draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed five-year oil and gas leasing program on the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) from 2002 to 2007, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
