EPA Approves Air Quality Implementation Plan for Philadelphia Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a plan to reduce air pollution in the Philadelphia-Wilmington-Trenton area, meeting the Clean Air Act requirements, and will also approve post-1996 rate-of-progress plans for Delaware counties.
