EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Air Quality Plan for Philadelphia Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has removed the limited status of its approval of Pennsylvania's air quality implementation plan, requiring major sources of volatile organic compounds and nitrogen oxides to implement reasonably available control technology in the Philadelphia-Wilmington-Trenton area.
